Through a holistic approach—including asana (gentle movement), pranayama (breathwork), mindfulness, yoga nidra (deep relaxation), and Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance—you’ll gain practical tools to support mood, sleep, emotional resilience, and nervous system balance.
This is a welcoming, down-to-earth space to pause, breathe, and better understand the physical and emotional changes of this life transition. You’ll have time to experience the practices, connect with others, ask questions, and share insights in a supportive environment.

No yoga experience is needed—all bodies are welcome.
DATE: Saturday 2nd May 2–5 PM. Please arrive 10-15 mins early for a prompt start at 2 PM.
EXCHANGE: Earlybird $75 if booked before 11th April. Full price $90 or $85 concession.

REFUNDS: Please note there will be no refunds or exchanges but if you are unable to attend the workshop then you can arrange for someone to take your place and to let us know in advance.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, all props will be provided. Also bring a water bottle.
