Honouring Winter – Mini Yoga Retreat

Our winter mini retreat creates the space for you to replenish and restore vitality for the winter months. Take a Saturday afternoon just for you to recharge and nourish.

Winter is a time for rest and containment. The earth is still and quiet, and everything naturally turns inward. It is a perfect time of the year to put some energy into our reserves through a nourishing yoga practice.

Join Gyani to experience the following practices – Gentle Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama (breathing practices), Mantra chanting, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) with healing sounds, and Meditation.

Connect with likeminded yogis at the calm and peaceful setting of Tara Yoga Centre in Bunbury.

~ Yoga Nidra with soothing sounds
~ Meditation
~ Afternoon Tea (includes chai and sweet treats)

Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
DATE: Saturday 11th July 2–5.30 PM. Please arrive 10-15 mins early for a prompt start at 2pm.
EXCHANGE: Earlybird $95 if booked by 11th June. Full price $110 or $105 concession then after.
BOOKING: Registration essential as places are limited. Book online to secure your spot.
REFUNDS: Please note there will be no refunds or exchanges but if you are unable to attend the workshop then you can arrange for someone to take your place and to let us know in advance.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, all props will be provided. Also bring a water bottle.
