Hatha Yoga with Gyani

A complete practice incorporating yoga postures (asana), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and yoga nidra or relaxation. There will be a combination of dynamic and static yoga postures building both strength and flexibility. A strong focus is placed upon breath and mindfulness. This practice is suitable for all levels as poses can be modified with props.

PRICING

• 60 min class per week in 5-week block: $90/ $80 concession

You will be signed up for the same class each week. If you book into a second class each week, then you can pay the concession rate for that second class.

• Casuals are offered if there is space on first come first serve basis.
• 60 min class $20 / $18 concession
