
GUIDED MEDITATION
Meditation is the gentle re-focusing of attention that allows us to control the never-ending stream of thoughts running through our mind every minute of the day. Bringing the mind under control allows us to see the reality of the situations we experience. We can then analyse and reflect meaningfully on thoughts and emotions. This brings peace and calmness to ourselves and to those around us.
WEDNESDAY MEDITATION SESSIONS
10 am Healthy Body Healthy Mind~ Sessions combine gentle stretching exercises with simple meditation techniques to calm the mind and help with stress.
5:30 pm Afternoon Guided Meditation~ Wind down at the end of a busy day.
NOTE: Wednesday meditation sessions are not held during the school holidays.
SUNDAY MEDITATION SESSIONS
These guided meditations introduce ancient and simple techniques to calm the mind and help with stress and emotional difficulties for the purpose of developing increased awareness, balance, vitality and meaning in everyday life.
Sunday meditation sessions are available throughout the whole year, except for the summer school holidays.
