Join Gyani for an evening of yoga to slow down and recentre. This intentional 2-hour container is designed to down-regulate your nervous system and enhance vagal tone to foster deep calm and resilience.

The session will include: ~ Yin Yoga: For slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. ~ Guided Breathwork & Pranayama: For relaxing and calming the mind. ~ Yoga Nidra: Deep relaxation and meditation lying down with soothing sounds—a nurturing space to let go.
