DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin Gyani to recharge and revitalise energy levels by balancing the Chakras with Yin Yoga\, sound vibration chanting and meditation.\nDuring this workshop you will experience:~ A relaxing sequence of Yin Yoga postures to balance the chakra energy centres.~ Sound vibration chanting and a chakra meditation.~ Yoga Nidra to rest deeply and revitalise energy levels.\nSuitable for all levels\, including beginners.\nDATE: Friday 13th March 5.30-7.30pm. Please arrive at least 10mins early for a prompt start at 5.30pm.\nVENUE: Tara Yoga\, 18 Clifton Street\, Bunbury.\nEXCHANGE: Earlybird $40 if booked before 13th February.
