DESCRIPTION:Yin Yoga & the Chakras\nSaturday 8 August 3 – 5.30 PM \n\n\n\n\nJoin Gyani to recharge and revitalise energy levels by balancing the Chakras with Yin Yoga and meditation.\n\nDuring this workshop you will experience:~ A relaxing sequence of Yin Yoga postures to balance the chakra energy centres.~ Chakra balancing meditation using seed sounds.~ Yoga Nidra to rest deeply and revitalise energy levels.\n\nSuitable for all levels\, including beginners.\n\n\nDATE: Saturday 8th August 3.30-5.30pm. Please arrive at least 10mins early for a prompt start at 3.30pm.\n\nEXCHANGE: Earlybird $40 if booked before 8th July. Full price $45 or $43 concession.\n\n\nBOOKING: Registration essential as places are limited. Book online to secure your spot.\n\nREFUNDS: Please note there will be no refunds or exchanges but if you are unable to attend the workshop then you can arrange for someone to take your place and to let us know in advance.\n\nWHAT TO BRING: Bring your own yoga mat if you have one\, all props will be provided.
