During the longer holds your muscles are allowed to relax deeply\, as you are using props rather than your muscles to support your body. There will also be a focus on the breath and breathing practices to restore and reset and end with a yoga nidra to enable a deep physical\, mental and emotional relaxation. Suitable for all levels. \n  \nPRICING \n\n90 min class per week in 5-week block: $100 / $90 concession\n\nYou will be signed up for the same class each week.
