This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with limited mobility\, or who prefer a softer\, gentler approach to yoga. Suitable for all levels. \n  \n\n\nPRICING\n\n\n\n5-week block: $100 / $90 concession\n\nYou will be signed up for the same class each week. DESCRIPTION:A complete practice incorporating yoga postures (asana)\, pranayama (breathing techniques)\, meditation and yoga nidra or relaxation. There will be a combination of dynamic and static yoga postures building both strength and flexibility. A strong focus is placed upon breath and mindfulness. This practice is suitable for all levels as poses can be modified with props. \n  \nPRICING \n\n75 min class per week in 5-week block: $90 / $80 concession\n\nYou will be signed up for the same class each week.
