DESCRIPTION:Yin yoga is a gentle practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the longer holds your muscles are allowed to relax deeply\, as you are using props rather than your muscles to support your body. There will also be a focus on the breath and breathing practices to restore and reset and end with a yoga nidra to enable a deep physical\, mental and emotional relaxation. Suitable for all levels. \n  \nPRICING \n\n90 min class per week in 5-week block: $100 / $90 concession\n\nYou will be signed up for the same class each week. If you book into a second class each week\, then you can pay the concession rate for that second class. \n\nCasuals are offered if there is space on first come first serve basis.\n90 min class $22 / $20 concession\n\nIf you have any queries please contact us.
