DESCRIPTION:A complete practice incorporating yoga postures (asana)\, pranayama (breathing techniques)\, meditation and yoga nidra or relaxation. There will be a combination of dynamic and static yoga postures building both strength and flexibility. A strong focus is placed upon breath and mindfulness. This practice is suitable for all levels as poses can be modified with props. \n  \nPRICING \n\n90 min class per week in 5-week block: $100 / $90 concession\n\nYou will be signed up for the same class each week. DESCRIPTION:Yin yoga is a gentle practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the longer holds your muscles are allowed to relax deeply\, as you are using props rather than your muscles to support your body. There will also be a focus on the breath and breathing practices to restore and reset and end with a yoga nidra to enable a deep physical\, mental and emotional relaxation.
