Happy Losar! (Tibetan New Year)

Losar is one of the 4 main holy days in the Buddhist calendar. It starts a two week period which commemorates & celebrates the Buddha’s performing miraculous deeds to strengthen the faith of his followers & win over his detractors.
Saturday 10th February
* Precepts 5 a.m.
* Sanghata sutra reading 8.30 a.m.
* Shared precepts friendly lunch 11.30 a.m.
Also known as Chotrul Duchen, the ‘Day of Miracles’ ends the 14 day period above.
